Voyport LLC ("Voyport) will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of personally identifiable information without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or others). This includes information derived from registration, request for information, and use of Voyport services.

Collection / Use of Information
Voyport shall collect and use customer identifiable information on its web site in response to customer inquiries and requests for information, for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers of new products or services that will better meet their needs. Voyport will only use customer identifiable information to market products and services to the customer, but will not disclose or make available any customer identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products.

We use "cookies" to enhance your visit to our website, to understand site usage and to improve the content and offerings on our site. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies do not store personal information about you, unless you knowingly provide it. Cookies can store non-personal information, such as what websites, pages, or advertisements your browser has accessed.

You do have control over cookies. Most browsers can be set to notify you when a cookie is being placed on your computer. Most browsers can also be set to refuse to accept cookies, although this may affect your Internet experience. You can also erase cookies that are already on your computer. For more information about working with cookies, you should consult your user manual, FAQ, or "help" function of your specific browser and operating system software. If you set your browser not to accept cookies, you will still be able to use our site.

Other Disclosures
Voyport may share personal information with a third party to complete a transaction you have requested or to perform a service on our behalf. When the third party acts solely on our behalf, Voyport does not allow it to use your information for other purposes. For example, if our vendors process and print your billing statement on our behalf, they can only use the personal information we give them to produce the billing statement.

We may disclose personal information when we are required or requested to do so by law, court order or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; to enforce or apply our rights and agreements; or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary or advisable, including, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety Voyport, our customers, or others.

Retention of Information
Voyport retains all of the information it collects under this Policy for as long as there is a business need for it.

Email Communications
If you send us an email with questions or comments, we may use your personal information to respond to your questions or comments, and we may save your questions or comments for future reference. However, aside from our reply to such an email, it is not our standard practice to send you email unless you request a particular service that involves email communications, you otherwise consent to being contacted by email, or if such contact is to communicate with you about our company, products, and services which we believe may be of interest to you.

Security
The security of your information is important to us. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure your personal information. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, and there is always some risk in transmitting information electronically. The personal information we collect is stored within databases that we control. As we deem appropriate, we use security measures consistent with industry standards, such as firewalls and encryption technology, to protect your information. However, since no security system is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
